1. Your agreement

By using a service that links to these terms, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use that service. If you use Moow for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Moow website accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. You must confirm that you meet this requirement when creating an account. Public articles can be read without an account. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Moow AI also requires an eligible adult profile and a separate in-product choice.

3. The service

Moow combines fitness, nutrition, recovery, progress, educational content, optional connected health context, community features, and AI-assisted guidance. Controlled early access is provided for evaluation and may include unfinished, limited, or changing features.

4. Health and safety

Moow is not a healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified professional. Stop an activity that feels unsafe. Seek qualified help for symptoms, injuries, eating concerns, pregnancy-related questions, medication decisions, or any situation requiring individualized care.

5. AI-assisted features

AI output is generated from the request and selected context available at that moment. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review output before relying on it. A separate in-product disclosure explains what is sent to an AI provider and asks for a feature-specific choice before normal generation.

6. Your content and community use

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Moow permission to host, display, process, and moderate it only as needed to operate and protect the feature you used. Public comments are visible to other readers until removed. Account deletion removes your Daily comments from the active service; recovery copies are covered by the privacy notice.

• Do not post content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not publish another person’s private, health, or identifying information.
• Do not threaten, harass, deceive, spam, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass account, rate, access, safety, or security controls.

7. Moow content and tools

The Moow name, design, software, coach characters, editorial work, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use public content and tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reproduce, resell, frame, or train another service on substantial parts without written permission.

8. Third-party services

App stores, device platforms, connected health providers, authentication providers, cited sources, and external links have their own terms and availability. Moow is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, limit, or retire features to improve the product, address safety or security, comply with law, or manage early access. When a change materially affects personal data or a paid offer, the relevant notice or price will be presented before it applies where required.

10. Ending use

You may stop using Moow at any time and can use available deletion controls. We may restrict or end access when these terms are seriously or repeatedly violated, when necessary to protect people or the service, or when the service is discontinued.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Moow is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every person. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

12. Questions and updates
