Fitness & wellness.Not medical care.
Moow provides general fitness, nutrition, recovery, habit, and wellness information. It is not a clinician, medical device, diagnostic service, treatment plan, allergy checker, or emergency responder.
Advice that depends on symptoms, injury, pregnancy, medication, disordered eating, chronic illness, or an individual medical history needs a qualified professional who can assess the person directly.
A clear limit at every decision point.
Meal photos
Food recognition, portions, calories, nutrients, and ingredients are estimates. Review is required before saving; never use them for allergy safety, insulin dosing, or therapeutic diets.
Movement analysis
Form cues support general movement practice. Camera frames are analyzed on-device, but a pose estimate cannot identify pain, injury, or clinical risk.
Connected health
Imported steps and sleep can add context but may be missing, delayed, duplicated, edited, or affected by device and source behavior. Manually entered profile and progress information is separate.
You are interacting with AI
Moow clearly presents the conversational feature as Moow AI. Before normal generation, the product explains that the prompt, recent chat messages, time zone, relevant bounded Moow context, selected Daily stories, and any photo or voice input you choose may be processed by OpenAI.
AI does not silently act
A reply or structured estimate does not automatically change a meal, plan, workout, profile, measurement, subscription, or community record. You review it and use a separate product action when you want to save something.
Bounded context and deletion
Moow selects context for the current request and excludes credentials, raw tokens, and unnecessary identifiers. Voice recordings are sent to OpenAI for transcription, and Moow removes the temporary device recording afterward. The transcript appears in your composer for review; if you send it, it becomes saved chat text. Normal chat history remains available until you delete a conversation or the account. Recovery copies follow the retention described in the privacy notice.
Urgent danger
Moow is not an emergency service and cannot reliably detect every emergency. When its urgent-danger checks identify a match, the product shows fixed local guidance instead of a generated answer. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service now.
Report an unsafe result
Stop using the recommendation and email hello@moow.ai with a short, non-sensitive description. Do not send a private health history, credential, or identifiable photo by ordinary email.
