Moow AI LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, operates Moow and is responsible for the personal data described in our privacy notice.
Health, fitness, photos, conversations, and account activity can be deeply personal. Moow’s product boundaries are designed around minimization, private defaults, account-scoped access, and clear deletion controls.
This center is a directory. The full product and account privacy notice remains the authoritative description of current data handling, while the pages below explain specific controls in plainer, task-focused language.

Connected health and Moow AI require separate, feature-level choices. Declining or disconnecting them does not remove access to the rest of the product.
Know what becomes public
Health records, saved stories, reactions, and uploaded images are private. A published Daily comment and its display name are public; the interface makes that boundary visible before posting.
Export, disconnect, or delete
You can request a copy of supported account data through support before deletion. The website does not yet provide an automatic downloadable export. Connected health can be disconnected, AI chats can be deleted individually, and full account deletion is available from the product.

Contact Moow AI LLC at hello@moow.ai or use the mailing address in our privacy notice. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, medical records, or sensitive health details in an ordinary email.
