Community guidelines

Simple rules for keeping article conversations safe, useful, and welcoming.

Last updated September 19, 2026

Be kind and useful

Discuss the idea, not the person. Share what helped, ask clear questions, and disagree without insults, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language.

Protect privacy

Do not post private health information, addresses, contact details, account credentials, or identifying information about someone else. A public comment is visible to anyone who can read the article.

Keep health claims responsible

Personal experience is welcome when it is described as personal experience. Do not diagnose another reader, impersonate a professional, promise a cure, or pressure someone to ignore qualified medical advice.

No spam or manipulation

Do not post repeated promotions, deceptive links, scams, automated messages, engagement bait, or content unrelated to the article.

No exploitation or unlawful content

Do not publish sexual exploitation or abuse, content sexualizing minors, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, or content encouraging violence, self-harm, or dangerous conduct. Do not share content that infringes another person's rights.

Moderation

Editors may hide or remove comments that break these rules. Serious or repeated violations may lead to reader-account suspension. Moderation changes visibility; it does not turn article comments into private support or emergency channels.

To report a comment or ask us to review a moderation decision, email hello@moow.ai with the article URL and a brief explanation. Reports are reviewed through support; this is not a continuously monitored emergency channel. Do not forward illegal images or sensitive personal records with your report.

Need help?

Email hello@moow.ai with the article URL and a short explanation. For urgent danger or a medical emergency, use the appropriate local emergency service rather than a blog comment.
