Designing towardWCAG 2.2 AA.

Moow aims to make its website and mobile experience usable by people with varied vision, hearing, mobility, cognition, devices, and input methods. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the design target for the public website.

The website has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit, so Moow does not claim full conformance today. This statement is intentionally transparent about that assessment status.

Current measures

Accessibility is part of the interface, not an appendix.

Keyboard access

Core links and controls use native interactive elements, visible focus treatment, skip links, and keyboard-operable disclosure controls.

Motion choices

The website respects reduced-motion preferences and removes or reduces nonessential reveal and transition effects.

Responsive content

Layouts are designed to reflow for narrow screens, zoom, and touch while preserving a logical reading order.

Meaningful structure

Headings, landmarks, labels, alternative text, status messaging, and contrast are considered in reusable components.

Technical approach

Accessibility relies on semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG for brand/interface icons, and WAI-ARIA only where native semantics need additional context. The public site is designed for current major browsers and common operating-system accessibility features.

Known limitations

  • The animated canvas-based coach experience may be less informative than static product content; reduced-motion and fallback content are provided, but deeper testing is ongoing.
  • User-authored comments and externally sourced editorial media may vary in accessibility quality.
  • Some very large display type and dense editorial pages may need further zoom and assistive-technology validation.
  • A complete browser and screen-reader compatibility matrix is not yet available.

Assessment approach

The current statement is based on internal review of reusable components, keyboard behavior, responsive layouts, labels, focus states, reduced motion, and content structure. Independent evaluation and user testing remain planned work.
