Minimization, deletion, ownership, safe defaults, and telemetry boundaries are product work—not a late legal pass.
Craft with character
Warmth and personality matter, but clarity, accessibility, performance, and user control come first.
Specific role scope
Each opening will state the work, decision ownership, required and learnable skills, working arrangement, location constraints, and application window. Requirements will be tied to the job rather than inflated wish lists.
Visible process
The page will explain the stages and any practical exercise before someone applies. Moow will not request unpaid production work disguised as an interview project.
Recruitment privacy
Before CVs or applications are collected, Moow will publish who handles candidate data, what is collected, why, where it is processed, how long it is retained, and how a candidate can request deletion.
Hiring safety
Moow will not ask a candidate to pay for equipment, send cryptocurrency, buy gift cards, or share a password or one-time sign-in code. Verify any future role against this page and the moow.ai domain.
