Ingredients

- 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon (200 ml) finely shredded green cabbage
- scant 1/2 cup (100 ml) finely shredded red cabbage
- 1 small grated carrot
- 4 tbsp strained yogurt; use Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple-cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 tbsp raisins
Directions
1. Put the green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrot in a bowl. Add a little of the salt and massage until the cabbage softens slightly.
2. Add the raisins and toss with the vegetables.
3. Whisk the strained yogurt, honey, apple-cider vinegar, lemon juice, and remaining salt in a separate bowl.
4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables, mix well, and serve, adding a few raisins on top if desired.
