Milkshake

Have these measured and ready before you begin.

  • 50 g unsalted lor cheese (1.8 oz; substitute low-sodium cottage cheese or ricotta)
  • about 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon (200 ml) high-protein milk
  • about 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon (200 ml) lactose-free milk
  • 3 walnut halves
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4-5 strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Place the lor cheese, protein milk, lactose-free milk, walnuts, banana, strawberries, and cinnamon in a blender.

2. Blend for 30–45 seconds, until completely smooth.

3. Divide between two glasses and serve cold.
