Ingredients

Have these measured and ready before you begin.

  • 200 ml (6.8 fl oz) milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Add the chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla to a container with a lid.

2. Stir thoroughly for about 1 minute, cover, and refrigerate.

3. Stir a few times during the first 15 minutes to keep the seeds evenly suspended.

4. Chill for 8 hours, then stir and serve cold with fruit or granola if desired.
