Honey-Mustard Chicken

- 500 g (17.6 oz) chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 200 ml (about 3/4 U.S. cup plus 1 1/2 tablespoons) heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) butter
- 2 tablespoons neutral cooking oil
- 8 ounces (225 g) mushrooms, sliced
Directions
1. Heat the neutral oil in a skillet over high heat and sauté the chicken until its exterior changes color.
2. Add the butter and sliced mushrooms, reduce the heat to medium, and cook until the mushrooms soften and the chicken is nearly done.
