Peanut Butter
Have these measured and ready before you begin.
- 350 g (12.3 oz) roasted peanuts, skins removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the already-roasted peanuts on a sheet pan and warm for 5–7 minutes; do not let them darken further.
2. Transfer the warm peanuts to a food processor and process, pausing to scrape down the bowl as needed, until their oils release and the mixture becomes fluid, about 15 minutes.
3. Add the olive oil and honey and process again until evenly blended.
4. Transfer the peanut butter to a clean jar.
