Ingredients

  • 10 pitted Medjool dates (200 g)
  • 1/3 cup (48 g) raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup (32 g) unsweetened cocoa powder, divided
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Process the dates and almonds until finely chopped and sticky.

2. Add the yogurt, cinnamon, and all but 1 tablespoon cocoa; pulse into a cohesive dough.

3. Chill for 45 minutes, then roll with clean hands into 12 equal truffles.

4. Dust with the reserved cocoa and divide into four portions.
