Patties

Have these measured and ready before you begin.

  • 500 g medium-fat ground meat (1.1 lb)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon grape molasses (pekmez; use unsulfured grape molasses)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, optional

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix only until evenly combined.
