Smoothie

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) cold water, plus more as needed

Directions

1. Wash all produce thoroughly.

2. Pit and scoop the avocado, core the apple, and cut the apple, cucumber, spinach, and parsley into large pieces.

3. Place everything in a blender and add the water.
