Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1 slice bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 ounce (28 g) feta, crumbled
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 pinch nigella seeds (black seed)
- 1 pinch dried rosemary
Directions
1. Place the egg in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then cover, remove from the heat, and stand for 10 minutes. Chill in ice water, peel, and slice it.
2. Scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash it, leaving a little texture. Mix in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Toast the bread and spread it with the feta.
4. Spoon the avocado over the cheese and top with the sliced egg and cherry tomatoes.
5. Sprinkle with oregano, nigella seeds, and rosemary; serve at once.
